Fix broken area icon layout

Špela Dragan requested to merge fix-broken-area-icon-layout into drupal-to-ckan

When there are only a few datasets the width of area icons list is shrunk to 20% of auto width. Setting this width to the same width as it's with all icons present, resolves the issue.
